A total of ten of us left the comforts of home behind for a two week trek through the High Atlas Mountains.
The delights of draughty tents, sore feet, complete lack of bathroom facilities and an entirely vegetarian diet made for an inspiring and memorable holiday.
Starting from Marrakech we drove to the village of Aroumd and began a trek initially through remote villages progressing to the more frequently trekked mountains and finishing with a gruelling summit of Toubkal.
